1. The cameras have a hard time reading QR codes off phones. I read some responses from youtube videos, and it seems that this is a common problem people have experienced with this company's products. So much so, that the customer service rep couldn't help and admitted that not all the cameras scan like they are supposed to. 2. Customer service is horrible. When I called the customer service line, the rep basically looked up the same directions I had and read them back to me. I told him that I had tried every way possible to scan this QR code and get it to read, including using different phones. He didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product, like he was at home answering phone calls from his couch as a second job. 3. I bought 2 of these cameras, and spent hours trying to get them to connect, no luck!
