Never got it connected

This camera was a big disappoint as was the customer support. I purchased it b/c I have 2 outdoor Zmodo (sister company to Me Share) cameras that are excellent. I debated btwn this and a Wyze cam and went this route b/c I thought it would be easier to have one app and assumed that the Me Share would be good like Zmodo. WRONG! Couldn't even get the camera to connect. Spent nearly 45minutes on customer support chat and got nowhere. Only thing I learned (with my own thoughtfulness to ask the question) was that all of the cameras needed to connect to same WiFi to be supported on the app under same user. Which doesn't work for me b/c my outdoor cams have their own dedicated WiFi. When I questioned support about this, she went back and forth about that being the case and never answered me one way or the other as fact. She then kept repasting the instructions to connect and never offered any real solutions. The outcome resulted in them telling me to initiate a return of the item and a long list of directions to send it back to them for replacement. I said no thank you! Purchased with Prime and sent it right back next day and rcvd refund immediately. I have now ordered the Wyze and should have done that to begin with... fingers crossed it doesn't give me this kind of hassle.
