The only way to standalone Clone a Drive and no software is required to do a standalone CLONE

Great product!! For a quick off line Clone, simply put your old drive in the SOURCE slot and your new Drive [of equal or greater storage size] in the Target Slot with the POWER rocker switch set to off on the back of the WAVLINK. [Note: No need to partition or format the Target drive and no need to connect the WAVLINK to your computer.] Plug the power brick of the WAVLINK into the power outlet and plug the other end into the WAVLINK. Place the WAVLINK Power rocker switch in the on position and wait for the two blue Source and Target front panel lights to illuminate blue. Press and hold the round WAVLINK front panel button and hold it depressed until you see both blue lights flashing. Let go of the front panel button and quickly while the blue lights are still flashing, depress and release the front panel button to commence the Clone process. You should see the 25% blue light flash indicating that cloning is underway. This will continue through remaining percentage areas and blue lamps will flash as the cloning proceeds through 50%, 75% and finally 100% areas. Cloning is only finished when all Percentage BLUE lights are no longer flashing. The time it takes will vary depending on drive sizes and types but as a point of reference, copying from a 1TB mechanical laptop drive to a 1TB Micron SSD took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Place the WAVLINK Rocker switch in the off position before removing drives following the cloning process. Insert the Cloned Target drive in your computer and you should be good to go.
