Bazodee Review from a Trini
April 30, 2018
This was a movie I missed on its release in theater. In all honesty to me it was fair. Didn't expect no big acting, effects, camera quality, story line as if it didn't come out from HOLLYWOOD. So with that being said the
It was a fair window of the unity and mix of the two main ethic groups in Trinidad and Tobago. The African and Asian/East Indian.
It showcase a decent window of carnival, the festival, instruments, costumes, and some of the music.
The scenery was good and true to some sections of the island
The storyline was fair.
Overall costumes was good
Acting was poor
The music when Lee played in some scenes could have been a bit more realistic with a makeshift band as his backup
Audio to lip movement in some scenes could have been better
The story didn't flow throughout.
Audio/background music over shadowed some lines from the actors in some scenes.
