I did not like that it did not arrive in my recipient's email for several weeks. She hadn't said anything about her gift card, so I finally asked her about it. She had not received it. Eventually, I was able to research the problem, and discovered that the gift card could be re-sent. I also verified that I was sending it to the correct address. (I did, the first and second times.) She finally received it, approximately six weeks later.
