The synopsis for this book is pretty misleading. I’m not a fan of the time hops. Sylvia as kid. Sylvia married. Sylvia working at Uvid. I knew straight away the goth girl wasn’t who she appeared to be. This book had more to due with religion and the occult than it did about Sylvia’s job at Uvid. This was more like reading a bible. Also, use more contractions!
Now, I was pretty interested until Sylvia’s lunch Hector, way too religious for my taste. I had a hard time putting it down and by the time I got what the book was truly about it was pointless to stop without finishing.
