Another Miss Fortune! What could go wrong!? Well we all knew this would be a more serious and focus driven book, with the need to resolve Fortunes past so she can begin her future. Great book and whole missing a lot of the hilarity of the others, the past is done and now the real hilarity can begin so let's get Gertie a new Mary Poppins handbag as the future looks like they will need it!
I absolutely LOVE this series. This book had a different tone than the rest. It had to for what’s happening. If your looking for a fun great page turner. Like action and a who done it kinda book you won’t be disappointed with Fortune, Gertie, Ida Bell, Carter and Sinful Louisiana
I have loved every book in this series! I hope they keep coming. I rated a 4 and not a 5 because I found something in it pretty unbelievable. (Don't want to include any spoilers.) Hope Jana Deleon keeps writing the Miss Fortune Series and wish she would go back to writing the Ghost-In-Law Series. I loved those also!
Can't wait for the next one later this year. Love reading about Fortune, Ida Belle, Gertie and all the rest of the Sinful residents. Have read every book in this series and they are all funny with seriousness thrown in. Keep 'em coming, Jana!
Food is being stolen on Sinful, Cecilia has ramped up her war against the trio, Godzilla is being forced into town and Fortune informs the CIA she’s ready to take out Ahmad and use herself as bait. Sinful is no quiet town.
I’ve been waiting impatiently for book 11 and it was worth the wait! The over the top antics taking place in Sinful are great. I thought this would be the last installment, so glad to hear that book 12 is in the making!
I love the miss fortune series, and this particular book has been a long time coming. Excellent storyline, funny, as always, questions are answered and new paths taken. Mystery, humor, action, friendship, and love.
I really love this series. This particular book, despite a couple of continuity and grammar errors, was very entertaining and satisfying. I love the characters, the humor, and the fact that these books are quick but satisfying reads.
