Failed after a Month - Return with Toshiba a Real Burden and Under Value

I bought this based on the reviews and it went bad shortly after the Amazon return time expired. I figured it wouldn't be a problem so I called up Toshiba for a replacement and while the person handling the call was fine the process is horrible. I have to send in the replacement at my cost and in 5-7 weeks they'll send me a visa card with an amount on it based on their valuation. And the packing instructions are extremely strict forcing additonal packing costs . So I'm out 52.45 for the unit, about a $1 for packing materials and 7.15 for the shipping an maybe just maybe I'll get a gift card in 5-7 weeks from now at a yet to be determined value.
I don't judge companies when things go wrong, but I do judge them on what they do when it does go wrong. In this case it is hardly worth the effort and for the replacement I'll look elsewhere.
