1. Would never use this indoors. We used it in the garage and it took a week before the fried food smell went away
2. Struggles to keep temperatures. Say you wanted to cook a standard bag of French fries from your local grocery store and after a standard size bag of onion rings after. You will have to wait 20 minutes for it to get up to temp.
3. Takes approximately 1 hour for the oil to get up to temperature and the light to turn green. No BS here... that long...
Served our purpose for a party so I just kept it. As long as you plan things out, it works fine. I did not try a turkey and nor am I planning to.
