I really wanted to love these. But I guess u get what u pay for. There r always connection problems. The cameras makes an annoying clicking sound like someone is taking pictures atleast once a day. Quality of video is really blurry and so not worth the subscription. I love nest WAY better. I wanted to return these but could not get refunded for my 1 year subscription so I thought it was pointless anyway. Would not recommend.
Ok I'm hit and miss on this. When its working it's great but that's the thing WHEN it's working! We have been having a hard time getting these to continually working. They like to just stop out of no where. They click at night trying to adjust. We have one in out room and it's very annoying. Thinking about calling the company.
The adhesive while very strong, the plastic cover on it to keep it sticky while packaged is a bitch to get off. There are no tabs to remove it. By the time you pick and peel the cover off the adhesive gets all boogered up.
Only 3 out of the 4 cameras are working. I have reset it multiple times. I thought my husband got it to work and that's why I did not contact the seller again. However, i just learned the same problem exists. Is it too late to contact seller?
this is under the wrong item, it is for the CAMERAS...........The PC application does not have settings to use on these cameras. Upon research, if the IR is shut off you should not have what the above pictures are showing when put in front of a window.. You CANNOT put these outside...my friend said they were wireless but they are not, they have to be plugged in. All they do is reflect back.
I emailed tech support Friday at 4:00pm ish and got an email back saying someone will be back shortly...well nada nothing. continued to send emails as the pc app is awful. They DO NOT RESPOND no matter which way you contact...no phone number nada nothing to contact these chinese companies...
