To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Not the worst but not the best case. It looks like it was hastily made and it's kind of sloppily put together at the seams. You can see where fabric was cut and glued. It still looks good. But definitely up close you see the flaws. Also have hard time getting it to stay propped up.
I've had my tablet cover for less than a year, and both magnets that attach to the case that allow it to stick to your tablet and keep the cover closed have fallen out. The first one fell out months ago and the second one recently fell out so I contacted the company with my order number asking if they provide any sort of warranty, they replied asking for a photo and saying "Any question, we'll always stand behind our products and do our best to support you. ". Well if they stand behind their product, surely they'll stand behind a case that hasn't even lasted a year, right? Not to mention that I am not a heavy user of my tablet, I've probably used it less than 1x a week since I've had it.... No, they came back to me saying "we only offer free exchange for item used less than 30 days" and offered to refund me $3.00. First, they wasted my time. I told them I've had the case for nearly a year AND I gave them the order number so they could have responded to me the first time saying no, but they wasted my time taking unnecessary photos (which I included with this review, the empty black spots are where the magnets are supposed to be, and you might also be able to see the casing has cracked, which is probably why they've fallen out) only to offer me a $3 refund? What an insult. I want a case that works.
I made a HUGE mistake buying from this brand, but I won't make it again. I was researching Milanese bands for a new smart watch and almost accidentally bought from Fintie, but those reviews were iffy, some said the band didn't have a strong magnet and started "unraveling" leaving sharp edges. Be careful everyone. If you see Fintie, make sure you know what you're getting into. A cheap product that doesn't last.
