Nice, but defective

I received my Mornwell Electric toothbrush on July 20th. I waited a while to before writing a review so I could get a good assessment of how it works. I actually like this toothbrush, but the reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because yesterday morning the cover on the power button fell off. It hasn't even been a full 2 months that I've been using this toothbrush so I don't understand why a piece is falling off already. Maybe I have a defective product? So, to combat that problem I super glued the button cover back on. Now I have to press the bower button REALLY, REALLY hard in order to turn it on. I just let it run through the full brush cycle and turn it self off because I don't feel like fighting with it. It still comes on, when I'm not killing my thumb, and brushes my teeth clean but I'm seriously thinking about getting a new electric toothbrush. If I do - it won't be this one again.
UDATE: The same day I left the 3 star review I was contacted by a rep from Mornwell. They really stand by their product. After they requested a pic of my toothbrush that had the power button super glued back on, they sent me a new toothbrush. I received it on 9/22/17. After 2 months, I'll give another update on whether the cover of the power button has fallen off or not. However, so far I'm extremely impressed with not only this toothbrush but the level of exceptional customer service from Mornwell. Right now, I'm changing it from 3 stars to 4. After 2 months, I'll review again and if the power button is still on I'll change it to 5 stars.
