Meet some new friends and come along on their journey. This is life.

Ashley Farley was meant to be an author. I wait with anticipation for her next book and am never disappointed. I am always sad when the book ends but it stays with me long after I close the book. Sweet Tea Tuesdays is about 3 women who meet every Tuesdays for sweet tea for 26 years. Just like real life, the women have their ups and downs, family problems, and they have to deal with one of them getting sick. What would you do if a friend of yours, knew a secret and didn't tell you? What would you do if your child wasn't whom you thought they were. These things happen in the book but it makes you stop to think about your own life. Just like in life, their life changes so they stop meeting for sweet tea on Tuesdays. Reading this book, it was everyday life. Ashley took us on the journey of these 3 women but she has the knack of making you feel like you are right there with them. Just like life, each page I turned was like a new day and what would it bring. I have been reading my entire life, which is a long time, but Ashley brings so much emotion, so much realistic life experiences and characters that could be your friends. Try this book, and I think you won't be able to stop at just this one, you will want to read them all. She is an amazing author and with so much negativity in the world today, it is nice to pick up this book and read about people's lives that are like my life.
