All of can say is wow! I purchased this for heat pressing iron on t shirt transfers and have used it successfully. However, I've also used it to set fabric inks and heat tape on the seams of waterproof products. This is thin enough to see through (it's not transparent but evident) to guide the sealing of the heat tape and keep gunk off the plate of my very expensive iron. This means less cleaning and sticky surprises on other ironed projects and that's nothing but good! I've used other ironing sheets, some transparent, some mesh that could not stand the heat of the iron, what's the use with that? This is a teflon coated mesh type material that doesn't ripple or stretch under the heat and I couldn't be happier at this discovery.
