Bitter Crime Story
January 9, 2019
Well written, with dialogues exactly how they should be to give enough information about characters and not to become long sheets of speech - in fact, dialogues are my favorite part of this book. The author managed to make them a tool for describing everything: the personality of the characters, the interiors and exteriors mentioned in a story, the cultural differences and customs the readers might be not familiar with.
The story begins as a typical crime story, but as it goes further, you can feel that it can't end well. Even that atmosphere of something ominous exist from the beginning of the book, its end still shocked me. The story neatly led us to it and yet it was and was not a surprise.
Fabulous read. Highly recommend.
