I purchased this product for my 4-year old grandson who is learning letters, numbers, colors for 4K. I put batteries in so I could try it out. I'm glad I did. I found the device to be cheaply constructed. when you press the alpha or numeric or music note it it tells the name of the letter, etc, in a voice that sounds like a cassette recording. The face of the "phone" is a photograph of the letters, numbers, etc. I didn't really see much educational benefit, nor did I think it was worth the money. I've seen similar products in dollar stores selling for $5-$8. I returned it.
