Poor support until reviewed, then replacement sent immediately

I purchased the 6 quart model early last year and enjoyed using it. When I saw the 2 quart model, I thought it would be very handy for certain dishes that don't require a large pot. After about 3 uses, the pot stopped heating. Unfortunately, the 30 day period for return had passed, by about 2 weeks, so I wrote to Support at Cosori. They responded very quickly and promised to send me a replacement, asking for my shipping address. I sent them my address, asked if I should return the non-working pot, and never heard from them again. I sent follow up emails which were either not responded to or which bounced back to me. It was like the support team had disappeared. Very disappointed. My 6 quart model has continued to work well.
Update: After the above review I was contacted by customer support and a new mini cooker was quickly sent to me. I haven't used it yet but will assume it will work as well as my 6 quart model and update the star rating to 5. If I experience otherwise over time, I will update this review again.
