Liked the device; associated app is crap!

Purchased the OMRON monitor so that I could easily pair my phone and track readings. Monitor works well. But the app to track your readings has continually been a problem by having to frequently log in when opening the account. This morning it prompted me to log in again only to find that the company was combining with someone else and that I would need to create another account and many options to share my personal medical data as well as consent to receive marketing materials. Once I had completed THAT, it asked me to pair my device AGAIN and gave me an alert that I would only have free access to ‘premium’ (whatever that meant) for thirty days! OMRON had my email since I created my first account, so they could have alerted me to any of this in advance and evidently did not think their customers/users to be valuable enough to alert to this. All of this after I have been using the app and device since Feb 7!!!!! I don't want anything associated with this company and want my money back.
