Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
Bought three of these for an event and they were truly unusable so I am returning them. Hard and disc like, they looked like a small plastic plate sitting on the head. Odd little structures, I would not call them a hat rather I would call them a plate.
The cap portion of the fascinator is just as it should be. The bow, however, is asymmetrical, and glued so that it’s crooked. I suppose the price is reflective of the overall quality but just a little care would have made this a truly sweet little chapeau.
