Great product, good customer service

I purchased what I thought was described in the title, an “ Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch (128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 2016 Model - (Renewed).” I however slowly figured out over the course of the last few days that this was not what I received. The first thing I noticed was storage. I bought the 128gb because it seemed to be affordable and I figured that would suffice for day to day work. I opened up settings and under storage it proudly said “59.4 gb,” which means that it is 64 gb with the operation system. This upset me quite a bit, because I looked around for the best option, and the 128 gb is more, which is what I paid for. The next thing I noticed was that it did not come with an actual iPad charging adapter. Using a third party charger would not normally bother me in the slightest, however after research I found that an iPad requires a 12V 2amp charging adapter. The one I received was 5v 1amp, which many say is not good for the iPad battery. The last bit of misleading information I discovered today, when the case I ordered for the iPad came in the mail. I purchased a case for a 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The case was too small for the iPad, not because of anything wrong with the case, but because the iPad was not actually 9.7-inches. I looked in settings again to find that the iPad was actually the 10.5-inch 2017 model. I do not mind having a slightly bigger product, nor do I see 64 gb as enough, but I was highly disappointed to see how falsely advertised this was. The storage on the tablet was half of what I had paid for. The iPad itself functions very well and is a wonderful product because Apple almost never disappoints, but customer service is very important to me, and part of that is getting what you paid for, which is what is advertised. I am ready to change my review pending a response to the message I sent to the seller.
