Top critical review
No research whatsoever. I want 35 minutes of my life back.

The lack of research and the continuity issues really killed it for me. Why does the main character have an American accent and speak in US English when she goes back to her home country? It's a symptom of that stupid US-centric world view that everyone's first language is American English and they speak other dialects or foreign tongues just to annoy US people (newsflash, they don't). But everyone in the pub mysteriously understood every English word she said. I gave up when she took the injured man to a vet who had an American accent because apparently no successful Romanian could be a vet?! Romania isn't like this film portrayed. It makes me sad that these sort of stupid stereotypes are being perpetuated in America due to lack of research. And OMG someone needs to pick which side of the road everyone in this movie is driving on because it keeps changing! I also think the film should have started when she was getting the presentation ready not a million years earlier; it was way too slow to get started and we didn't know who the point of view character was soon enough. Why were we following the assistant at the beginning instead of the main character?
