Top critical review
To be honest - the paper is not good (details below)

It can be a little tough to write a review that opposes so many other reviews. It sets us up for criticism. That said - there is no way we can recommend this paper.
PROS - The container size (half carton/5 reams) is great. Love it. So much easier to carry and store. The price of $16 or $17 is good. It was shipped quickly and in good condition. These pros also apply for Georgia-Pacific Spectrum Standard 92 Multipurpose Paper and other competitors.
CONS - The paper itself. The paper we were sent is incredibly dry and thin. The feel is almost slippery - a little like a powdered glove. In HP/Brother printers (laser and inkjet) and two copiers the paper is occasionally pulled two sheets at a time.We have tried the paper in multiple machines. If two sheets are not taken at once, then there are jams (misfeed-related). The printed paper also is difficult to handle. We are constantly licking fingers or grabbing those rubber thimbles. Lastly the paper crinkles/folds more easily than the paper we have from other companies (Georgia Pacific, Staples, OfficeMax). When we load this paper in machines, a few pages of the bottom of the stack wrinkle up and have to be removed. We can only load it when there is still some paper in the machine. Yes, it is winter and we are in Massachusetts, so the paper may behave better in warmer weather or more humid climates. It is just so obviously worse than any other paper we have tried in almost 10 years, that I have been asked multiple times to never purchase it again. We may just recycle the rest so that we are not tempted to use the paper again.
Note: We have not been compensated ($, discount or free sample) in any way for this unbiased opinion. No one should. We don't trust any Amazon reviewer that does that (though we appreciate their honesty for revealing their compensation). Amazon should stop all compensated reviews and better find/remove false reviews (positive reviews secretly posted by sellers or their employees/family/friends). Honest, unbiased reviews are a major reason why we go to Amazon in the first place.
