This has more caffeine than a Monster/Rockstar and less than half the size. I can only sip this throughout the day as its too strong to drink the whole thing quickly (unless you want to feel horrible then crash and not sleep that night). Also, if you clench/grind your teeth...stay away from this drink.
I had a different subscription for Celsius but through another supplier and it was wonderful. They didn’t have Sparkling Watermelon so I decided to order from this supplier as well. Delivery came quick 🙌🏼Thank you Prime🙌🏼 However, when I opened my package the cans looked very old but weren’t expired. I placed one in the fridge for work the next day, and when I went to get it out of the fridge, the can looked deformed. I opened it and there was no carbonation. The flavor is great but tastes flat. Even upon opening there was no fizzy sound like I am used to. I purchase the sparkling option specifically for the carbonation. It’s a nice jolt in the morning and better alternative for me for coffee. I am disappointed that I might have to drink the whole 12-pack flat.
I hope either a new pack can be sent that is actually “sparkling” or I will have to cancel my subscription 😢☹️
I love the Celsius drinks so I thought amazon would be a good place to purchase them. When I received them they looked fine, but a few of them came flat. The drink is a sparkling drink and when it is flat it tasted disgusting. This was a bad purchase and I want my money back because there is not reason why these drinks should be flat when they are unopened.
It's SO hard not to give this product a five-star rating, because I'd been looking forward to trying the watermelon flavor for months! I love Celsius, and the orange and cola flavors of their products are delicious...but something went wrong with watermelon. 🙁 I think the best way to describe it is just sweetness overload...it tastes like someone poured 10-15 packets of sweet-n-low into the drink. It really just has a heavy taste of sweet-n-low (you know that chemical overly sweet taste).
I think this product would be great if they switch to an alternate artificial sweetener, or maybe use less sweetener altogether. I still love Celsius! It's still worth trying if you like watermelon (we all have different tastebuds) I would just suggest trying a single can at first, vs. buying in bulk.
One star for the taste and another for suppressing my appetite. Yes, this drink gives you energy and the drink does taste good. Yes, this drink did curb my appetite. However I would NOT recommend this drink to ANYONE at all. After the first can, I thought to myself WOW this is amazing! I have so much energy, it helps give me that boost to work out and I realized I wasn't as hungry throughout the day as usual. I'd say as my day lead up to the evening, I started having bad chest pain. It freaked me out and I knew it had to be the drink since I wasn't taking any other pre-workouts or anything else involving caffeine. My body tolerates caffeine pretty well too as I'm a black coffee drinker every other day (I did not drink coffee this same day.) I tried my best to sleep it off and the pain lingered on for two days straight. My husband decided to drink one as well the same day I did and he also had chest pain followed by painful breathing. We tossed the rest of the cans in the garbage. While this may work for some, it definitely didn't for us. It scared us to death and we could've ended up in the hospital. I'm really not the type to write any negative reviews but I wouldn't wish these bad side affects against anyone.
Same great Celsius energy, horrible horrible taste. I can see why this is not a commonly listed flavor. This seems like a flavor they tested on people with sever sugar problems. The watermelon does not have the strong fruity flavor that the wild berry and orange Celsius drinks have. Instead it taste like a sugar-free drink featuring a hint of the same flavor that one would use on sugar-free watermelon gum. Despite the packages adamant claims against the use of aspartame as a sweetener, this particular flavor reeks of it. Would not purchase again if it was on sale for a penny.
