So full disclosure in this review so please don't judge. There aren't any Crocs stores in the area I live in but I heard they were really comfortable and good support for people who are on their feet all day. I have issues with my arches and typically wear arch supports in my shoes so that I can both walk better and so my feet don't hurt. When I don't wear my arch supports, my feet hurt and the pain radiates up to my knees and higher. I love to wear flip flops but if you are like me, your doctor told you heck no that's horrible for your feet. So, I purchased a bunch of "garden" shoes or fake crocs. Don't get me wrong these are amazing and I wear them all the time I just had no idea that they weren't real crocs. Let me try to explain.
I saw the yellow colored crocs in DSW about 3 weeks ago and fell in love, but of course they didn't have any more even online in my size in yellow. I come to trusty old AMAZON and they are selling for more than $40. No thank you I will wait. I check out the CROCS site and with shipping its more than that. So I wait. I wait and wait until they drop down to $31 and change and I get em. Now you guys don't know me but I am just excited to add another color to my collection so I thought.
I sprayed them down with Lysol after I open the zip lock bag they were in and sat them on my back porch you know for safety and all that good stuff. So I take the trash out and remember that they are out there so I bring em in and wash em off again because now they have outside germs even though no one has been on or near my back porch. I dry them off and put them on my feet.
I thought I had ascended to heaven! You don't know the struggles I have with these here size 8's. The support I felt, the cushion I felt, the prinkly things in the shoe that massage my feet while feeling slightly weird when my toes touch them when I am sitting, it all was surreal. I woke up my brother. I went outside and screamed YES YES YES like I was a WWE wrestler. I immediately came back to amazon to look and see what color shoe I didn't have to order more.
Needless to say, I look at price too and I can't afford any of these colors at this time but I LOVE MY YELLOW CROCS. I prefer crocs over sneakers or tennis but I wear tennis to protect my foot in case I feel like jogging or running.
Buy you these shoes. Don't have any yet? Ain't nothing like the real thing is all I have to say.
The Classic Clog line of Crocs serves my needs perfectly. I can no longer wear normal shoes because my feet require more oxygen than those of most people, but I hate slippers and sandals (or going barefoot). The Crocs Classic Clogs provide the ventilation I need while still feeling like shoes, they're also very comfortable with cushioning thick soles and they're durable, lasting for a long time with no damage even after 3 years of daily use. They're also cheap compared to others. Yes, they're ugly, but you can get them in pretty colors to compensate, like these bright yellow ones. For die hard Crocs fans like myself, buying one pair may lead to buying a dozen or more so be warned. Emphasis on Classic Clog line. The other models of shoes Crocs makes provide less ventilation and my feet aren't as comfortable in them.
I’m using these as house shoes for when I move to Japan! I am a true to size women’s 9.5. I always get a size 10 on Crocs. I’ve never had classic crocs before, but I’ve heard that these feel a little big on the feet. Since all the crocs I’ve worn have been 10’s, I just got the 10 anyway. When I first put them on, I thought these were going to be too big since I have narrow feet, but once I started walking around in them, they never slipped off my feet with the heel strap. I don’t really use them without the strap. They are roomy and comfortable! I think you should try getting your regular size before thinking of sizing down. See how they fit you personally before deciding to go a full size down.
These are my first pair of Crocs, and they will not be the last. Comfort level is absolute bliss & wonderful, and the bright color keeps me from tripping over them in low light. The bright yellow color might keep me from wearing them in public, but the comfort level at home is just wonderful since we are supposed to be staying home now anyway. Highly recommended & super comfy!!
Someone recommended Crocs to me as I had a pretty recent hip replacement. At first, they felt a little weird because I never wore some, but after a couple of days of wearing them, my feet molded with the shoes making them highly comfortable. They are now my to go shoes, I thought they were going to be a little small, but no, they fit perfectly, and have enough breathing space, my feet don't feel crammed in them. I would say to actually get used to them, wear them daily for long periods of times. I love my Crocs!
The perfect upgrade to my crummy old house slippers! I have gone through several pairs of “memory foam” house slippers... they never last me more than a few months before they go flat and become practically useless... no support, get dirty fast, and then they don’t wash well. These were the perfect solution. SO comfortable, easy to slip on with or without socks, easy to clean, and they actually keep my feet a bit warm! LOVE them and I get sad to take them off when I need to leave the house. I’m between a 7.5-8, average width, and the 8 fits great.
I have held an anti-Croc position with much color and fanfare, for years now. Making fun of them and the wearer whenever I could. Then I finally got a pair two weeks ago. And not just any pair, bright yellow. If I'm gonna hate on Croc's why not do it loudly. I just so happened to be on vacation last week, which required 10+ miles of walking per day. I wore them like my life depended on it. And alas, I find myself begrudgingly a fan. They are really well designed, so simple, but so effective. Everywhere slippers, and when I say everywhere, that includes lobster boats, scaling the rough coastline of Maine, walking endless long dirt roads, outdoor showers on the beach. I am a Croc convert, but now make fun of myself.
I work in aquatics. I'm around pools all the time and pool decks are hard - tile on concrete or concrete. These shoes save my knees. Others must like them as deck shoes too because I see black ones all the time (I've owned 2 pair in black), but I get tired of almost putting on someone else's shoes! So, Yellow it is. I can find them easily among all the other "men's deck shoes" and their fun! In my job I work with a lot of kids, and they really like them too.
These are my favorite house shoes in the world! I’m 22 weeks pregnant and started to get some serious back pain as well as achey feet. My heals would kill me at the end of the day just walking around my house since we have wood floors and tile plus our carpeted areas do not have really good padding underneath. I got these and they helped me tremendously. Sure they’re not the most appealing or fashionable.. but I still think they’re cute. The color is nice and it actually has like a pearly finish to them. LOOOVE THESE shoes!
Let's be honest, you have to have some kind of sense of humor rocking these shoes. The main thing, these are the most comfortable shoes ever and can I mention safe?! I was hanging at the river and one of my gal pals was really giving me a hard time about wearing crocs, meanwhile she blew out her old navy flip flop and rocked her face on some ground and all I had to say was how sturdy and waterproof these crocs were on my feet as I blew past her for another beer.
