Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
Of course, this book does not cover everything at 84 pages. However, it is a nice succinct summary and listing of foundational key points around time management. I am a trainer and this is a great resource for when I get a request from some department that their team needs training on Time Management. The model of training one’s time, setting priorities and managing to the gaps is a very effective approach. Nice quick overview and timeless reference.

This book from Harvard Business School Press provides several practical pieces of advice on how one can properly manage his time. The content of this book is simple enough for one to follow. It does not involve lengthy discussion on the science on how we do things so you cannot expect this book to be academically enriched. Rather it offers advice that you can implement right away.
The book started by letting the reader assess his objectives and break down responsibilities. Then it it will ask you to develop a plan by creating a big-picture vision. The last part of the book is devoted on how to properly execute your plan, keeping yourself on track, and then reassess yourself.
The purpose of this book can only be realized if one follows its ideas.
