Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
tried 2 packs of these and all didn't work for my small electric meter. both packs came in one shipment and when I returned them in one package...they said they only received one and billed me for the other one after giving me a refund because of prime membership? How could they not get one of the 2 packages when they were all in one envelope?
