Surprisingly Fabulous! Have had for over 8 months. Still gets used.

We got this for our little man when he was around 4 months old. He couldn't pull to stand yet without assistance - and I wanted to give him something he could put his hands on.
Well, this chair - as lame as it may appear - turned out to be a total winner! I really credit it with our son being rather strong. He was quick to pull to stand, quick to crawl, and at just over a year old walks a bit here and there too. And, what is pretty miraculous, is that he still loves this thing.
At one year old, he can now sit in it and have his feet touch the ground. But his favorite past time is standing on it, hiding stuff in it, opening and closing the "cushion."
Yes, it has phrases and talks - but I don't think that is the real allure (at least not with my son). It was something that he could play with, hold on to, slam shut... All while watching his favorite tv show.
If you have limited space, go for this. I can't recommend it enough.
Child did not grow bored with it (so far had from 4 months to 12 months).
Stays up pretty well (can tip, but takes work).
Helps kid spend energy holding, balancing, playing with lifting cushion.
Assembled by myself - and it wasn't too bad.
Not too expensive
Only one color choice.
When child is older and standing on it - can put lid down on toes, but no serious injury.
Can tip - but is hard to do so. Never had any issues of injury.
