Not good if you have arthritis in lower back (lumbar spine)

I am a senior (baby-boomer). To my way of thinking, this DVD would help a small segment of seniors. At one end of the spectrum, if you are a senior, and have been exercising for awhile, and you're in relatively good health, this DVD would probably be boring for you. At the other end, if you have had an injury, or if you (like me) have arthritis, you might find this to be too difficult. Here's something to try before buying this video: while standing, step forward a few steps, then backward, the same amount of steps. Let's say, 3 steps forward, 3 steps back. Keep doing that. If your back or your knees hurt after 30 seconds or so, you probably won't like this video, because that is what you'll be doing for quite awhile, as this is her warm-up. There's a video clip on YouTube that may help you to make your decision. Hope this helps someone!
