30 recipes of gluten free lunch and brunch dishes is the 4th book in a series of gluten free cookbooks by this author and i can say the recipes never feel repeated and never lack flavor. This cookbook is a group of delicious recipes that are great for lunch or brunch. There are soups, salads, sandwiches, stews and many other great dishes. Each dish uses tasty ingredients such as broccoli, veal, mangos and fish. One of the best looking recipes was the spinach salad. It had spinach, mangos, honey, chestnuts and more. I think that may be the first recipe i try. I enjoyed this book because it gave great options for eating gluten free. Suffering from celiac disease myself i know how hard it is to get tasty gluten free dishes. This book offers some really great gluten free meals.
