I bought 4 of these when my son was born as they were the perfect size "sheets" for his Graco Crib Lite. Unfortunately he was born in August and it was way too hot to use polyester sheets. He was constantly sweaty and he had to switch to cotton sheets. These are nice for diaper changes though as the baby isn't on it for long. Cute prints, easy to clean and quite durable. 12 months of use later, I can still re-use for baby #2. Recommended!
This is so soft. Admittedly we didn't buy this until our daughter was closer to a year. We just used a wipe off cheap IKEA diaper pad until then because there was poop EVERYWHERE. We changed her more often on towels on the floor...or our bed...or anywhere because we were too exhausted to care where we were doing these gazillion diaper changes.
Now that shes older and we're a little more established and not changing diapers every 45 minutes we have an official diaper changing area and an official diaper pad. We've been using it for about 6 months now. She gets excited whenever she sees the monkey and tells it "hi". The diaper pad cover is super soft and adorable. The colors match her room perfectly. I'm very happy with it!
This changing pad has been through a good "test" period for the past few months and it's holding up very well. Of course, it's hard to say if the cover is really that good since we only have to wash it every couple weeks since we use the pads as mentioned above (which we just purchased another set btw... they make cleaning up messes so easy!). The colors seem to hold well in the wash and we don't noticed any frays or problems with the material. The stretchy band to hold the cover under the pad still has enough tension to keep it on.

I had never purchased any Summer Infant products before, but because of price point and the fact that this cover went with the theme of our twins room I decided to give it a try. It looks exactly as it is pictured and is incredibly soft. I have washed it 10+ times in the past two and a half months and haven't noticed it fading or the material thinning. I am beyond happy with this product and will definitely be purchasing from Summer Infant again.
I purchased another Summer Infant Changing Pad Cover on this same order and will be leaving the same review on that one as well as I have had the same experience with both of them.
We have three of these - two for use and one for rotation when the inevitable occurs. I realized the full benefit of their use just yesterday when my young man decided he wasn't done using the bathroom and promptly pooped right onto the changing pad cover. Had we been using just the pad, yeuch, what a mess, but in this case, we wiped it off and threw it into the laundry. It's back out now and no one is the wiser.
Pros: - Holds up well through repeat washings. Still maintains its shape and hold on the changing pad. - It keeps me from getting poo/pee everywhere. That's worth it alone. - Absorbs liquid accidents, whereas the changing pad just lets them run everywhere.
Cons: - Would be nice to have more neutral designs. It would be easier to see accidents if there wasn't a BROWN monkey on this one.
This cover fits a regular changing pad, but doesn't lay fully flat against it (which isn't a huge deal, just inconvenient when it slips off a corner). Also has premade slits for the changing table buckles to go through, but they're right along the seam which made them difficult to find. Also, it has a super strong chemical smell when first opened, so make sure that you wash it first. Overall, it works for it's intended purpose.
This thing looks lime green and, at first, I was terrified that it would clash with my soft wasabi/sage walls. It is totally not!!! The green is a very soft green and it is actually covered in cream polka dots, which match my walls perfectly. It washes BEAUTIFULLY in hot water even with the addition of oxiclean and other agents. I do use changing pad covers on it because I don't want to know if yellow infant poop will come out, lol, BUT overall, I'm pleased. I bought two so this will be the only cover I use with my son *fingers crossed*
I bought this for my grandson's animal themed nursery and it held up well enough to get passed down. I mean, there is not a thing wrong with it after almost two years of use, alternating it with one other cover. The color is a soft green and the monkey is adorable. It's suitable for a girl or boy if it matches the nursery's theme or color.
This cover is great for changing diapers! There have been times when I've been changing a diaper and have gotten a little poop on the cover, and it wipes right off! The last one I had, once poop got on the cover, it was hard to get it out. This is something I would highly recommend! It also has little holes on the sides so you can still buckle up your kid while you change them.
I have no idea but all my changing pad covers seem to be a tad bit small, so when I put them on the pad they don't 100% fit. But a few days of putting baby on it...that goes away. It's like it stands up in the middle at first. I have same issue with his crib sheets too! BUT this is great, we had two when baby came home and some weeks I went through 2 before laundry was done. So having a 3rd was perfect. This also matches his jungle themed nursery and it's super soft! Holding up to washing/drying very well.
