A little disappointing
Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2020
I bought this day to day calendar hoping for some daily reminders to let go of the small things that I tend to get anxious about. However, while some of the information on the days is helpful, the first few months there is a lot of advice geared to a viewpoint for Women. It's a little disappointing. For example, Thursday, May 21, "There's no such thing as a "perfect" mom. . . . Give yourself permission to be authentic and to express yourself completely as a mom." While this is great advice for a mom, it would have been just nice if this was written as great advice for a "parent".
My only other complaint, similar to other complaints, is the fact that this is not "short" affirmations, but seems to be a book turned into a daily calendar. The days seem to connect to each other as if they were pulled straight from the pages of the book the calendar authors wrote. If that's what you are looking for, then this calendar is for you, but so far I have been disappointed.
