Thought provoking questions, great companion to the book

I love this idea. I was surprised there was a workbook, and was a little skeptical buying it since it wasn't actually written by Rachel Hollis. But he gives her all the credit and summarizes her ideas well. Great, thought provoking questions that correlate well with each chapter. I loved reading Girl, Wash Your Face with this as a companion. I believe I got even more out of the book than I would've got, because each idea had more time to be processed and thought over. Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely consider doing this author's workbook for Girl, Stop Apologizing as well.
