Very happy with it
August 23, 2017
Just got it today. So far, so good. I thought I ordered navy blue but black came. I checked my order, and I inadvertently must have clicked on black. I'm checking to see if I could exchange it. It paired up perfectly with my new Lenovo Tab 4 8" and fits perfectly. Con: There's no holes for camera. I prefer a magnetic tab with not having to insert it, but I knew that when I bought it. Pro: Everything is nice and snug. The kickback stand is better than the Moko brand because I don't have to fight to close it. I just flick the stand or turn the tablet over and it closes and clings to the cover. All the ports, etc. are all accessible without removing the case, and I think this one will be better than my previous Moko case for Kindle Fire because it's more open so the device doesn't get overheated. I took a chance that this one would fit my new tablet because no one had a keyboard case for the Lenovo Tab 4 8", and I am very happy.
Update after 3 days: Cons: 1) about the kickback stand is that it doesn't stay in place if you bump or slide the case. It closes too easily when you don't want it to. 2) There is nothing to hold onto when you're reading a book in portrait mode. When I'm sitting on my cement patio, I'm always afraid it's going to slip out of my hand, hit the cement and crash like my phone did 3 months ago. There needs to be a strap or something you can link your finger(s) into to keep it from falling. Pro: So far no problems with the keyboard. It's nice to have a keyboard that works.
UPDATE: ONLY 1 DAY AFTER RETURN CUTOFF: The in/off switch for the keyboard just fell off onto the floor. I put it back on but it won't stay. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a whole new keyboard case, and this one is of a little better quality all around. It has a tab attached to the kickstand. The case isn't as smooth texture as the first one which I like because this one won't be as slippery in hand. Very pleased with the seller's quick, no questions asked response.
SECOND UPDATE: The replacement only lasted about 2 years before the stand started stretching and wouldn't stay propped up, and then today I noticed the on/off switch cracked in half and now I can't get it to disconnect which means if I touch the keyboard, I'm getting bogus letters going across the screen. Won't buy this one again.
