Kindly advised that our RoboVac 11S Max detects with infrared ray and very dark-coloured objects/carpets absorb the ray, so the RoboVac will not be able to recognize them. If your house doesn't have a stair, you can cover the 3 drop sensors with white tape.

Please use the Max mode or spot cleaning model to clean the pet hair. Also, please clean the accessories and the suction inlet more frequently if your house has the pet.

The RoboVac 11S Max doesn't support the wifi function, and it can't work with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

Nope. But it's $179 right now, so it's not a budget breaker. I wouldn't take an extended warranty on a $179 item anyways. It has a 12 month warranty. Ours works flawlessly. Love the low profile.
