I don’t think so, I’ve never seen one at least. The headset is a part of the kit and the kit includes the game cartridge that enables you to use the headset in conjunction with the other things that you build. There are a few applications that require the headset only, but they are pretty basic. The kits are fun!

Not unless you rig something up yourself to hold the unit to your head. Likely will be many third party head straps come on the market very soon.

Later this month BOTW is getting a patch to allow you to switch to Labo VR mode at any time, and Super Mario Odyssey is getting a patch to add a small amount of Labo VR content. It seems likely more games will support it, but that's all that's yet been announced.

The $80 one comes with more accessories to build and use with the software. Nintendo does allow you to buy those accessories separately, too.

You definitely can, though I’m not sure how comfortable it will be. There are holes cut out for the headphone jack, and also for the speakers and volume buttons.
