There’s no answer to this question. How a person sinks into a mattress depends on their size and weight. How their neck aligns depends on how wide their shoulders are.

Best option would be to buy the mattress then try various pillows until you find one that works with your body size/weight while sleeping on it.

Never saw a weight limit, but we bought it for when our 15 year old grandson stays over. After I set it up on the sofa bed the grandson sleeps on, my 200# husband laid down on it and the mattress held him just fine. He said it was comfortable! That is the best info I can share with you. Hope that helps.

The link you provided clearly states in the description (75 inches x 31 inches) .....I'm sure because I copied and pasted this info from the listing.....a twin matress would be 36 inches wide by comparison.
