Hi Lin, we have two options to buy. One is with sleeves for 3 extra dollars, and the one you posted your questions comes without sleeves :) So, yes, you can just order the one without sleeves. Hope that answered your question.

Hi Francine, The clear window is not made of RFID Blocking material and therefore if you have credit cards or passports that contain a scan-able chip, these would be placed in the zip pouches on each side or the main top pouch, this would offer you full RFID protection against skimming.
