It comes with the mount and a shorter usb cable. It does not come with the power adapter. The power adapter that comes with the blink system fits in the mount.

No it doesn't. Plug it into the bottom outlet and the top out is still accessible.

This question doesn’t make sense. I believe you are asking about the Sync Module itself? The sync module keeps the cameras all connected and requires power from an outlet.

I am having a bit of a hard time with mine right now, I have two sync modules so I have the primary module close to the router and the secondary module in another area of the house between cameras and I am finding that my cameras seem to not record as well but I also live where it is extremely hot and that could actually have something to do with it too, even though I keep the inside of the house cool. I am still working with mine to try and find the optimal place for them. All of the information from the cameras is passed through it and then on to the internet where it posts the pictures the cameras have taken. This wall mount organizes the parts so that they dont sit on the floor.

This is just s holder for the module !!! You still need batteries in you camera’s if not hard wired !!’

It is not an outlet, it is only a base to fix the receiver to the wall. One receiver can handle several cameras
