Apparently not. I received this mouse on 3/11/19. Today is 4/29/19 and I've been having the click issues for about two weeks now. Not happy at all considering how much this mouse costs.

It's not necessarily much louder than a normal mouse. If it is any louder, your hearing a very slight difference than standard.

No, they added a better sensor for on the fly calibrating and made it so you can have 5 different dpi profiles. If youre happy with your proteus, keep it. I bought this so i could hand my proteus down to my fiance, and she loves the 502 just as much

Ive had not problems with the mouse so far. Its well made and its by logitech so there is no problems with it!
