Yes, that’s exactly what I used it for. Drive came with cloning software, so used cable to connect ssd and run the cloning app. All under Windows 10

Probably will work if PS4 (which I do not know about) provides standard USB wattage. If drive worked before and cable plugs in then it will probably work.

3. Check Windows device manager settings on PC.
4. Does the connected SSD work on another PC or compatible laptop?
5. Use a different USB port.
6. Does the SSD show up in the File Manager folder/screen?
