According to the specs in the bed motor, the power is of about 130 W nominal. It might go over 150W if the motor is pushed to over inflate the bed.

You could probably get an adapter and use a generator, or run it off your car battery...A friend had one similar a few years back and took hers camping. She had an adapter and ran the power to the pump.

Answer:
Yes, you can use an external pump to inflate. Switch bed's pump to inflate (to open valve). Insert external pump into port and inflate. Switch bed's pump off when finished, to close valve.

Unfortunate, BUT! That just means your sights would have to be set on another brand rather that this model from Kohls.
