You don't mess with the battery. It is inside the eufy. It runs around and does its vacuuming and then it takes itself back to its docking port and recharges it battery. I love my eufy. I have had 2 Roombas, and the eufy is much better.

Mine was dying after about an hour, too. Then I realized I had accidentally been pushing the "single room cleaning" instead of "auto" to clean the whole house. Just a thought.

Mine is set to clean at 3am and when its done, it returns to the charging base automatically. Does a real good job and my batter lasts about 105 minutes. I love it so much I am getting a second one for upstairs.

You have to clean the dirt bin and the nylon mesh cover inside the dirt bin. You may also need a new filter.

I actually use the little tool that cane with it to clean the brush etc. There is one end that has a pointy pick like end and I get it into the hole of the wheel and pop it out. Then it easily pops back in. I hope this makes some sense and helps!
