I am not sure, but this is said on their website of the product: "We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens (including dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, wheat and others) as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them."

Are you trying to make your purchase from Amazon and not one of the other 3rd party sellers? If so that could be the reason. I ship and sell all over the U.S.

Here's what I believe is happening. Pepsi, which owns the bottling rights to Starbucks RTD coffee's still works off an antiquated pre internet business model that sells it's products in "Territories" meaning, Amazon cannot sell Pepsi products to people not in their territory. Why can I? Because I'm not buying my products from Pepsi. I'm not bound by their system, but it also means, because I ship all over the country Pepsi won't sell to me directly. That's the reason 3rd party sellers prices are higher then Amazons in most case. Blame Pepsi see less
