Yes, the neon set is opposite of the neon console. Console is blue L and red R whereas the neon Joy-Con set is red L and blue R. So you'll have a complete set of both colors if you have the neon console and Joy-Con set.

Because Scalpers are buying them from legitimate sellers and reselling them at a mark up. If they did not do this there would probably be enough for everyone at the $79 list price.

I just called Nintendo and the nice lady on the phone told me that more are on the way and that I just need to check in weekly with the legitimate sellers since she did not know when they would show up.
My concern was that the yellow joycons were a limited time only. She put me on hold to find out, and when she came back she said that more of them should also be "on the way". She said placed like Amazon should be getting more stock in soon. So it may be best to wait for the new shipment to pay the list price. see less

They can be connected to a PC via bluetooth, but at the moment, only one can be used at a time. Whether or not people will figure out how to use both at the same time is anyone's guess.

They charge while attached to the Nintendo Switch, but may also be charged while in use when you purchase a charging grip, which is sold separately. One charge lasts them around 20 hours
