I have wide feet and a high instep and I live these shoes. Make sure to use the manufactures chart for sizing they run through to that and for me that was 1/2 a size bigger than my usual size.

Answer:
Hi. My shoes usually are the number 7.5 and I bought that number. They were very thight at the begining but now almost 2 months later ( and sore feet) they feel ok. I think is better idea if you buy the half size up. i dont think you' ll loose them anyway
