I have Windows XP and it recognize the AGPtEK 16GB perfectly when it was plugged into the USB port. But I did charged the AGPtEK 16GB using the iPhone USB charger to fully charged it before I plug it into the PC. Maybe this could help in your case. After you have plug it in into the laptop, wait for a minute or two for the driver to fully installed then double-click the "Computer" icon on your desktop or from the StartMenu. This applies to Windows 7. If you have Windows XP, double click "My Computer" instead and check to see if there is any new drive that appear. The new drive that appear is the "AGPtEK 16GB" internal hard disk. Double-click on it and you should have access to the internal content of the "AGPtEK 16GB" storage. It outputs audio via 3.5mm audio jack. You need a standard AUX cable and your car needs AUX input. Most modern cars have this.
