If they are saved on your computer yes. Hook it up to your computer and just click and move to the player. If you have an SD card, you can do the same

I use mine for Mp3 formatted audiobooks that I download from the library, but it doesn't work for Audible books... there is a way you can reformat the Audible books to the Mp3 format, but I haven't tried it yet. You have to put "01", "02" etc IN FRONT of the title so the player recognizes the order. (It has to be within the first 8 characters of the title. Not yet for me. I loaded in 500 songs and hit shuffle all. I have not noticed repeats but, haven't had it very long.

To do this, create a playlist in iTunes that includes the music you want to transfer to your mp3 player.
Select Preferences in the Edit menu and make sure that on the Burning tab within the Advanced tab, the MP3 CD button is checked in the Disc Format section.
Then go ahead and burn your playlist to a CD.
Then you can use Windows Media Player to rip the music from the CD you just created back to your computer as MP3 files. (Make sure that you have selected MP3 in the Rip Settings options in Windows Media Player first.)
Then just transfer the files to your MP3 player.
