These Dimensions are not correct. The Actual setting on the counter size is 10.5" wide x 10.5" deep x 14.5" tall

So far, yes. I've used Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and Green Mountain. Possibly another brand, but I'm not positive! :)

You only need to raise the reservoir straight up about 3/4 to 1 inch and then you can remove it and reinstall it. When you fill it with water and go to install it just make sure it is lined up with the slide and then lower it to the bottom. If it is not down firmly, the coffee pot will not lift the opening high enough to allow full flow of the coffee into the pot and an overflow could happen. You can see where it sits in the water tank on the single serve side. And you can see if you use a flashlight where the other filt goes on the carafe side in the back tank. Hope this helps. Page 6,7,8 explain it in the manual.

There are two separate reservoirs. The single cup brewer is a 40oz. Love this machine by the way.
