Our bands are made thicker hence stronger than most similar products on the market. Below are our conservative estimated weights:
Green (x-Light) 2-4 lbs (thickness is 0.4 mm)
Blue (Light) 6-8 lbs (thickness is 0.60 mm)… see more

You can also combine multiple bands to find your ideal weight

You can use either as resistance is resistance - choose whichever feels more comfortable. You might also want to check out Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff for some specific exercises. Hope this helps!

it would be tricky. The lowest resistance bands will stretch far enough but likely wouldnt provide much assistant. The highest resistance bands may provide needed support but ultimately do not stretch far enough to be helpful.

Depends on the therapy. I had longer, thinner bands for my therapy. Ask your therapist

No these are not for that. You are looking for bans much longer. These are for smaller movements to target specific motions/muscles

I’m having the same problem. They roll them stick. I’m spending more time unrolling/unsticking them than actually working out with them. I’m looking for different band.

it depends where you place them, but I personally would not recommend walking with them for distance. They are meant for resistance excersizing and stretching, not walking or running.
