I used the docking station for less than 10. It stopped working. I requested support. The answer was quick and I was asked to check the power supply. I did not hear anything after I informed the tech support power was fine. I had to purchase other name brand docking station just in Jan 2019.

This may be a hard drive or partition issue. My docking station's light stays solid green when it's powered on.
